If you have an emergency during hospital hours, please call ahead (508-481-8387) if possible and proceed directly to our clinic.
We will gladly see your pet in most emergency situations. If your pet requires treatment we cannot provide, we will refer you to a facility that can.
If you have an emergency when the hospital is closed, please call the clinic telephone number (508-481-8387) and the answering service will do one of the following:
- If Dr. Patil is available for emergencies he will be paged and will call you at the number you provide the answering service. If he does not call you within a reasonable period of time (15 minutes), call the answering service at our clinic telephone number again. The answering service can contact him by other means if necessary.
- If Dr. Patil is unavailable for emergencies, the answering service will refer you to an emergency facility.
